All our meats are cooked over wood or wood smoked. The beef
and pork is cooked in our Hickory fired smoker, and the Chicken
is cooked over a mesquite-fired rotisserie. All our meat is
prepared fresh daily and is never frozen. Our side dishes are
prepared fresh everyday and our signature peach cobbler is baked
right on the premises. Please enjoy yourself and the food and
if there is anything we can do to make your visit with us a
